Executive Team

An executive will spend, roughly 90% of their time, at a high level in one of these four areas depending on the size of the organization.  Therefore, an executive will be most successful in their role when they have achieved MASTERY in the leadership competencies that support things like:
  • Setting direction and guide execution of strategy
  • Modeling decisiveness, courage, humility and influence to ensure their managers and employees will follow rather than be pushed or dragged along
  • Ensuring that the organizational structure, processes and infrastructure is in place that allows for the successful execution of initiatives and the operation of the company today and in the future
  • Building and maintaining a healthy and highly functional executive team and replicating that functionality in the teams below them are as well.  A healthy organization is a multiplier of it's talent and is the last competitive advantage that a leader has direct control over.
